@Strawberrry and how are the eggs done? Are they cooked desperately and added to the other ingredients? Or are they poached in the tomatoes?

they are poachs in the tomatoes, you make like a little nest in the tomato stew... add in the eggs.. cover the pot and cook em as you like em...

@Strawberrry nice. Well your dish looks and sounds delicious, but we both know that what really matters is whether or not the flavours are there. What have you seasoned your dish with ?

@Strawberrry I like it. Those are some bold flavours, but not over powering. So, when I cut into my eggs, what should I see?
@SW-User ideally the yolk is still soft and mixes with the red of the tomatoes... but that requires perfect timing and doesnt always on point
