What do you like in your salad?

i like 'em simple for the moment.


i mean real simple like stupice tomatoes with red romaine lettuce, black pepper, squeeze of fresh lemon then gently glazed with some catalina dressing.

with a side of bubbly. :D

Lettuce, spinach, egg whites, sugar snap peas, sun flower seeds, blueberries & raspberries ☺

Red onions, arugula, oregano, mesclun, pine nuts, a hard boiled egg and olive oil

Not a lot, actually. Chicken, parmesan, and caesar dressing.

Mushrooms, veggies of all types, sprouts and BACON, LOTS OF BACON!

Warm grilled chicken and quinoa mixed with fresh spinach. 😻
