Don't eat any meat raw. Some of them may have unknown parasites. It's not worth it unless you in the middle of nowhere and have no access to fire.

@SW-User It's fine. Never once been sick from eating raw meat. It's totally fine.

@Poet123 never been doesn't been you never won't. It just needs one meal and then everything goes downhill. You can eat what you want, but when it come to reaping the consequences, it won't be very sweet.

@SW-User it’s not promoting it. Raw meat is yummy. Especially raw horse meat in Japan. I need to go back!
