What are the pros and cons of selling a food receipe?

Unless you plan to open a business selling the actual food...i.e.-restaurant or prepackaged foods, what's to lose? Just be sure you get a contract in writing and notarized and see about getting a percentage of the earnings for the next several years.

@Toasty The only thing I could think of is possibly not getting credit for originally making it, but I don't care about that.
