Somebody told me that yogurt is slightly alcoholic because of the fermentation?

Not every type of fermentation is the same. Diferrent types of microorganisms. This is a case of lactic acid fermentation (also occurring on muscle-cells lacking oxygen I believe...?). It's not the same process occurring on alcoholic beverages.

@SW-User Muscles can build up lactic acid during anaerobic metabolism, but I don’t think that’s fermentation. Otherwise, you are correct.

@OggggO Hmmm I am not sure either but I do believe this is still a case of fermentation. I'm going to need to check again though.
