Do you like Popeyes chicken?

Just found out they are opening one in our town next month. Haven't had Popeye's in over 40 years, I'm here to tell you this is the best friend chicken (other than homemade) Authentic Louisiana recipe better than Kentucky fried by a long shot.

Thoughts?

Nah, it's better than KFC but that isn't saying much. 😕

I prefer more quality chicken (there's some good places by me). Plus, when me and my friends went in were the only white guys in there (which shouldn't matter) and everyone was staring at us. It was [i]really[/i] weird - It was like I was in the twilight zone. 🤔

@Chaoshead That's because Louisiana fried chicken is REAL soul food. Most Of the restaurants I ate in during my years in Los Angeles, I was usually the only white customer. It was never a problem.
