I have butterflied chicken breasts and idk if I should just pan grill them with standard seasoning

Or make a quick marinade or glaze???

I’m serving it with white jazmin rice and a spinach salad

Or should I stuff them, roll them in bacon and bake them?

I would suggest putting some garlic (not garlic powder) and other seasons into the butterfly part and then cook the bacon in a frying pan. Preheat over to 375. When bacon is done put it into the cuts on the breasts and close them up. Brown each side in the bacon fat then put the pan into the oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 165. Take out and cover for ten minutes. Put an oven mitt over the handle or you might grab it while it is stull hot. You can use the browni b and oil in the pan to make a quick reduction sauce by adding broth or water or wine and boil it down a bit. Add some more of whatever herbs and spices you originally used.
