How much do you adhere to expiration dates?

I just cleaned out my pantry today. I have a few things that expired in 2017. Would you keep it or dump it (canned soup, veggies, ramen, bbq sauce)?

Sauce, noodles and canned products are fine.

Best before dates are okay to tinker with.
Use by ones you need to look at
