How much do you adhere to expiration dates?

I just cleaned out my pantry today. I have a few things that expired in 2017. Would you keep it or dump it (canned soup, veggies, ramen, bbq sauce)?

Dump it. Had food poisoning once and I'm in no hurry to have it again.
