How much do you adhere to expiration dates?

I just cleaned out my pantry today. I have a few things that expired in 2017. Would you keep it or dump it (canned soup, veggies, ramen, bbq sauce)?

I eat lots of expired shit without knowing cause I don't check dates so I'd say if they don't seem like they've gone bad id keep em

@Prettybrat Yeah, I threw out a few because the can looked old and anything in plastic that didn't look airtight.
