Whats the best dessert you've ever had?

I am a feverish chocolate fan - but the best dessert I ever had was in New Orleans. An apple dumpling in a caramel cage over vanilla ice cream. It smelled great, looked great and was calorically over the top.

Cheesecake anything.

Homemade zabaglione.
