Depends what kind of pizza (Pizza restaurant vs pizzaria),(pizza hut, papa johns, etc) then it will mostly be thicker crust and I ask it to be run through the oven 1 1/2 times.
If I get an authentic NY style then I go for either their standard (somewhat thin, or I order the Sicilian).
I always get extra sauce and pepperoni, and I enjoy spicy italian sausage if it is fresh made like at a pizzaria.

@StevenIzzi Yeah, I don't like soggy crust. You sound like someone who knows his pizza...nice!
