@valobasa4ever About the Piraña, it´s flavor is similar to the one of it´s sea biger cousin, the Permit (Palometa). A lot easier to find almost everywhere.
In both cases (sea and river varieties) you´ll have to be carefull to extract the thin fish bones.
My jobs, more during past years than recently, had taken me to wild áreas, so I´ve been offered with local dishes.
Though I have few prejudices about food, I felt that eating a "close relative", as monkeys are, was beyond the drive of my curiosity.
