How do you like your beef

It depends in the type of beef. I like my steak medium rare but I’ve heard ground beef should be cooked medium well so that I suppose. I don’t know any other kind of beef..😮

Wrapped in bacon, cooked over open flame until center is warm and pink

Seasoned and cooked to well done.

I normally serve it with a cold shoulder

Nice and pink,with yorkshire pudding and gravy.
