Silverwear?

My mother always said to throw it away after it turns black, so I don't get poisoned. Yay or Nay?

Don't use chlorinated water to wash it and get a osmosis filter system to clean it.

After its dry always buff it a bit with a silver buffing cloth.

It looks bad but it won't hurt you to get a little bit of silver oxide on you.

Ever heard of silverware cleaner?

Why wouldn't you polish It? I don't know about the black color but that was why a lot of royalty used silver, because it turns colors when exposed to poison.

@Fungirlmmm I don't know? She never polished them, just threw them in the trash.
