Would it bother you if someone kept staring at your receipt in a restaurant?

Over here, you get the receipt after you paid the bill. It usually goes straight into my wallet or pocket - or I tell them that I don't want it. So I don't really understand.
If it is the bill before it has been paid - it doesn't bother me at all. I guess they are just trying to work out there 'share' or something.

It doesn't happen to me.. Turn your receipt over so others can't stare at it

It's not a problem for me because I don't even have money to eat out regularly
