Curious to responces...What food do YOU love that most people do not?

I LOVE Liver & Onions. Not many like this, but I do. When going out to eat I will most the time request Liver. Surprises many people; but Growing up on a farm, THIS I considered a Luxury.

I too am a lover of liver and onions. However, not if it's over cooked. The Navy cooks did an excellent job. 😋
