Curious to responces...What food do YOU love that most people do not?

I LOVE Liver & Onions. Not many like this, but I do. When going out to eat I will most the time request Liver. Surprises many people; but Growing up on a farm, THIS I considered a Luxury.

A great deal of changes indeed however, I would have to carry with me a portion of my memories, to hold on till I reach my 'current' NOW. My promiscuity of that time period would never have been.
