Cause I did. Not at lunch cause I had a normal lunch, but I just had my dinner eating random food and now I feel guilty and stupid. LOL

@Sharky86 not great either. I tend to make poor eating choices when late at night when I've not eaten all day.

@nonsensiclesnail Yeah, ok so that's bad. Used to do the same in some period in the past. I try to eat regularly, twice a day even if I'm not hungry. Like tonight, but in the end I ate random things, so it wasn't so good.
