What's for dinner?

I'm making a pretty regular habit of this. 😅 Tonight was just a CostCo pot pie night but I had a couple Portobello mushrooms in the fridge that needed to be used while still fresh. So I threw together a couple stuffed mushrooms and they turned out too pretty not to share.

Do you marinade your mushrooms with anything?
They taste divine marinaded in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili and then grilled with halloumi.

Those look really good.

@SW-User I do sometimes, depending on my plans for them. These weren't though, wanted the more unadulterated flavour. That does sound delicious though.
