What's for dinner?

I'm making a pretty regular habit of this. 😅 Tonight was just a CostCo pot pie night but I had a couple Portobello mushrooms in the fridge that needed to be used while still fresh. So I threw together a couple stuffed mushrooms and they turned out too pretty not to share.

Is that just cheese on them?

I like mushrooms but I never know what to do with them.

@AmbivalentFriability A mix of mozzarella and cave aged cheddar with sourdough bread crumbs and some seasonings. Broiled crispy then baked for a bit to give them a chance to cook. Really could've been done in reverse order too but I prefer the mushrooms a little more on the moist side with just a touch of crispy on top.
