Coconut is amazing, even for teeth, coconut oil pulling. Makes me wanna throw up though coz I have a bad gag reflex. Really worth it in the end. Just don't spit it into the sink or toilet. Messes up plumbing like you won't believe.
@SW-User Not sure, just know it's really good for teeth, and I think I may have heard it's good for skin. I'd google all that to be sure if it were me though.
