What are your favorite cookie recipes ?

When I was eating grains and sugar I would make ginger-molasses, lemon, chocolate chip-walnut, chocolate fudge-chocolate chip and other types of cookies, but I make low-carb treats now. Wanting to make some of these little gems.

@RedYellowBlue I posted that recipe on my Pinterest recipes and got a lot of feedback after Thanksgiving, everyone said they were really good.
