chicken or lamb

What is your preference in meat dishes ..bird meats or red meats ..

if so ,,,do you prefer roasted or fried and currey

I eat more chicken than anything partially because the lamb here is usually stronger in flavor than in other countries. Good mild spring lamb is delicious though. Have made curry and had soups made from spring lamb and burgers from ground lamb.
