What is your favorite cookie?

Preferably home made but sort bought is acceptable if you don't have someone to bake for you.

There's one on the Mel's Kitchen Cafe website---Soft and Chewy Ginger-Molasses Cookies that's very similar to mine from a cookbook...I want them chewy like you can bend them a little and they don't break....and not the fat puffy ones either, the chewy texture is really important.
