The three second rule ?

Do you genuinely throw a item of food away if you drop it ? , or apply the rule
( if you beat the dog to it first , in my case )

Depends if I drop a great tasting piece of food onto my dogs bed with all that hair he can have it . If it's on a simi clean floor he has to beat me to it then I'll look at it and decide .
