I make my own but don’t add nuts, I do add Flax seed. I use lots of spinich and pineapple (plus it’s juice) if that’s hard to get down, add coconut water or an apple. Pretty green, tastes good too.

Beets, apple, carrot & ginger is really good, beets despite their sweet flavor are a good weight-loss food, this mixture will help you detox....green smoothies too.
