Protein is good but too much too soon before will leave your plasma cloudy and unacceptable.

@jetpack I eat instant oat meal,nd ensure,i also have a notebook paper,i write down what I drink and how many onces,water juice,grape drink,tea,etc,i like to drink over 100-120 onces a day,
