Needle Tenderizer , Good or Bad?

I have a needle tenderizer , i use it on my Chicken , puncturing it in both sides two or three times.
Once I cook it, it spills some white gooey liquid. I’ve been told it’s chicken’s protein leaked out.
Is it ok to eat the gooey cooked with my chicken.
How can i even stop this from happening?

It's fine, it's chicken juice.

Use needle tenderizers on things like tough cuts of steak. There is absolutely no need to use it on chicken.
