They make a phyllo-type crusted pie in Morocco filled with chicken, eggs, onions, cinnamon, walnuts and other spices, and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon...it tastes like a dessert and is served as a main dish, very very light in texture and flavorful, I wouldn't have known it had chicken in it if I hadn't been told beforehand. It is called pastilla or bastilla (various spellings on it).
