Does anyone know any ground turkey recipes?

I haven't been able to go buy groceries for more seasoning, so I am limited on seasoning. This state is going through inflation at the moment. So if anyone knows some good ground turkey recipes that will go great with quinoa or white rice, please share.

I make turkey sausages and form little patties, but it takes quite a few herbs and spices for my taste on it.
