Can u name a food or ingredient people add when making spaghetti ?

How about sausage patties, or balls. Yes, this isn't new. Its just for the unorthodoxed spaghetti makers like me. Yes, sausage patties is every bit as delicious as plain hamburger meatballs. Try it sometimes. What do you add. ☺

Also take into consideration herbs: Onion, Garlic, Pepper. I have either low fat beef mince with tomato sauce and onion, or cheese sauce with bacon and peas. :)
