What did you have for dinner?

Mesquite smoked tequila lime chicken, was served with smoked habanero refried beans and braised baby kale.

Looks delicious, sounds very good.
I made baked chicken with garlic & seasonings, steamed cauliflower & potatoes.

@JerseyGal Charcoal smoked, so was first seared over charcoal to give it colour then wrapped in foil and put on indirect heat to the side of the charcoal and soaked Mesquite wood mix with a splash of vinegar in the foil packet to substitute any lost moisture from evaporation.

Smoked for 5 hours or so, so not a super long smoke but was already fall off the bone tender. Could barely slice it, wanted to shred.
