No not really. Hunger is relative. When you pass the tripping point you will go eat. Until then you are just peckish.

@sogdianrock I don't get hungry the same way I used to, had a terrible time with unstable blood sugar falling and it would make me ravenous...after going on a resistant starch diet experiment my hunger hormones balanced out and my blood sugar is stable, I don't eat grains and sugar any more and that is helpful. I only know I am hungry if my stomach hurts.

well eat a base level diet - say early morning fruit and then just eat when hungry. Probably best not to fast for long periods.

@sogdianrock I need to eat protein more than fruit, but I went ahead and had a late lunch.
