Vegan

My friend is a vegan, but I don't understand her diet.
I always thought you couldn't eat much other than vegetables.

But she seems to be eating fake chicken and ham. Isn't that cheating though?

Its so limiting, i don't how anyone can do it.

@Raymuundo it looks exhausting. Always having to check packaging on food. Not being able to use certain beauty products or use products that are produced by companies that test on animals.

@HampshireHunny That's right and believe me...it feels right and good doing that...being conscious of everything we put in our bodies and ON our bodies. Not being blind or a consumer with a sheep mentality

@Fernie I understand that, it must feel good. But very limiting in the choices you have for regular things like makeup or bath products.

She has recently found out that her pets food is banned so she is now trying to find vegan alternatives.

@HampshireHunny why are you trying to make it seem so awful and difficult? There are always options and we find them. It's a learning process...we are not ever stuck in a food/product rut. There's tons of info out there if you'd care to research it so you WILL understand

@Fernie I'm sorry that wasn't my intention and I understand that it is a lot easier now to research what products and items you can use.

@HampshireHunny i wonder how often they cheat...

@HampshireHunny manufacturers lie to us constantly in the name of greed/profit. I wish more people would see that
