Why my rice looks like that?

I cooked my brown rice and now it's sticking together not looking good.
What is the main reason please help.

@Abood3033 I've never heard of not enough water leading to sticky rice, only burning the rice. Too much definitely causes sticky rice though, since adding extra water is how you make sushi rice.

@Abood3033 there are different types of rice. you should read the instructions on the label. some may need 2:3 rice to water ratio others 1:3 the variations are versatile.
