The Catch:
You can not own any property, no assets, no cars, no jewelry, nothing of value. Just the clothes your wearing right now after 30 day
You can hire anybody you want, but you have to get value for their services
You can only gamble 5% away
You can only donate 5% cash to charity
You must pay asking price for goods and services.
And you can't give this money away either. Like buying the Hope Diamond for some fuck buddy as birthday president.
And you can't buy valuable stuff and burn it and you can't tell nobody why you have to spend all the money either.
