Making up pre paid master cards

Tried to get Capital One to do a consignment on them, they said no but offered me a decent flat monthly payment interest free if balance is paid within 10 months. Cards are going to a big resort so they're going to really have to push them. Making a few more than i actually need there just to have a small buffer.... Now we have to really push these
