I was talking to a representative the other day and he said "unfortunately sir, it might take 2-3 days to process your claim." I replied, "Well unfortunately, it might take me 2-3 extra days to pay my bill this month."

I agree, medical aid as well, pay monthly for membership but when you need something, there are limitations or copayments.
