Boy oh boy do I got a story for you.
So I'll try to keep it as brief as I can. I had some dental work done, the dental office submitted a claim on April 7th to the insurance. My insurance pays reimbursement checks because the dental office has you pay for the service that was done.
37 days later, I FINALLY received the reimbursement check for $492. About a week or 2 later I had to go back in for a whole different procedure on a whole different tooth. That claim was submitted on May 7th, and I just got the reimbursement check, TODAY.
Explain this friggin insanity to me please, because I am legit this close 🤏 to telling these people to fuck themselves. And when it's YOUR money, they want it now now now now now!! Fucking scam artists galore.
Sorry but that really has me riled up. Yes, I got the checks, I shouldn't complain someone will probably think or say. So what? They're holding onto MY money because they don't want to send it, so they drag their feet for as long as they can.
I was going to inquire about it with some feedback on their website but after writing and simply asking I figured, whatever, I have the checks. But still, I feel like because it was a higher amount they can't just send you your money they owe you, but they'll be damned if you owe $0.03 on a bill, they WILL go after you, send that shit to collections if you don't pay their stinkin $0.03 pennies!!
