What’s an OIG form??

So I’m applying for an insurance sales position. And they asked that I sign this form so if offered the position they can proceed with the hiring process.

I feel like that’s a passive aggressive way of saying we are going to hire you only if you sign that form … do you agree ?

Sounds like they're trying to get you decide a non complete and that's fine you could cite it but they've already been thrown out at the court system as being illegal

It may be for back ground check by Office of Investigation General

OIG form involves reporting fraud, waste and abuse in government funded insurance programs (Medicare/Medicaid.)
We need more actual information, what the form actually is past an acronym.
