Resorts insurance carrier refused to pay my exorbitant claim on my favorite cart

Turned it in to my insurance along with a claim of $1.000.00 pwr day in loss of revenue. We are both fully insured so we'll let the insurance companies fight it out. The replacement is already ordered. Our services to the resorts will be strictly limited until there is a full settlement. Yes the damaged cart is on my property they get one free looksee and doesn't leave unless i get state maximum on storage and drop fees. Our loss increases over $1150.00 every day.
Call the Texas Insurance Commissioner's office, let them know that your carrier is refusing to honor your policy.

@NativePortlander1970 they'd tell me to call Missouri.
Mine is paying off tomorrow. I keep the damaged cart in return for towing and storage fees.. They're paying my appraised value based upon what the DOD just paid for one.which is nearly 3x more than MSRP.
@MarineBob Good tjat you got it resolved, why for some reason did I think You were in Texas?
