@Musicman you're right and it was easy. I see it as a game now as, the way my finances are, it is even ridiculous for me to be taking such a step. But I go against the odds, I have a feeling about something. It's in the mind more than out there so let's see...

@JackDaniels but it's so fitting, big and spacious, strong, great and it's calling me ! But I am leaving this land soon anyways so I will give it a little more time, but I am holding my dream. I truly want it, it is not just a joke for me.
