Do you feel confident of your financial situation?

I don't own a house and expect I probably never will so apart from the risks of long term renting I'm not too bad but I don't have an encouraging gap between net earnings and my expenses.

Yes it’s a bit of a downer how the economy is going. That disposable income is shrinking every month and people are going to have to rely more in government assistance as they years pass. Hence more and more people looking for a “side hustle”

Its not going to get any easier. It really is time to get creative in how to house yourself.. Remember the young days when you first moved out of home and shared with other people?😷

Your own house will always be your home. And the comfort and satisfaction you get there, can never be achieved in rented

@mysteryespresso property values got ultra artificially inflated by the covid pandemic wealth concentration factor and nothing has happened to crash that party
