What are realistic ways someone can make $300-$1000 a month outside of their day job?

@lpthehermit I have an older neighbor who worked a full time job and mowed yards around the neighborhood in his off-work hours. He didn’t weed-eat or do anything else. Pretty sure he could make at least $500 or more a month doing that. And I used to know someone who worked nights and started doing it in the daytime and on weekends. He could do 3-4 yards a day He didn’t even have to advertise, would mow yards and other neighbors would approach him and ask him to do theirs. He had two mowers in case one needed maintenance. He paid cash for a good used truck after a year or so of doing this.
