Do car dealers not accept full payment in cash?

I heard the car dealers will refuse the sale if youre paying in cash for the full amount because they make money in the interest from monthly payment.

I’ve always paid in full at time of purchase with certified cheques. However I know that where I live $7500 is the max you can pay In Cash at a time for stuff because of money laundering rules
