Do car dealers not accept full payment in cash?

I heard the car dealers will refuse the sale if youre paying in cash for the full amount because they make money in the interest from monthly payment.

@496sbc My grandma passed away. 20 years before that my dad passed away. He had 2 siblings and they never had kids. I have 2 sibling. I got 1/3 of 1/3.
