Would you invest in a 2nd propery if you had the money?

Why or why not?
What would you do with the second one? Rent it out or keep it for yourself?

I wouldn't unless
1) I could buy it cheaply
2) It needed little or no work
3) I could rent it out and generate cash flow

I know some people have a vacation place that they don't use often - but it costs a lot of money to do that.
