Would you invest in a 2nd propery if you had the money?

Why or why not?
What would you do with the second one? Rent it out or keep it for yourself?

@kimmy159 we would get some forested land up north just out of town with a view of Lake Superior and rent it out weekly either on AirBnB or VBRO.
