Would you invest in a 2nd propery if you had the money?

Why or why not?
What would you do with the second one? Rent it out or keep it for yourself?

I am doing that currently. Live in one house and rent out the other.

@kimmy159 The renters? No. The house itself , oh yea. :) I just bought it about 4 months ago and I am looking at needing a real estate lawyer due to some of the issues the previous homeowner didn't disclose

@Pherick Oh gosh those non disclosed issues must be such a hasstle!
This and the possible issues with renters is mainly why I’m doubting to do it 🥲 I’ve heared crazy stories about renters who wreck the place and there’s not much you can do about it here in Belgium. Can’t even evict them.
